If your craving a little more movement this class is it! A quick 45-minute, full-body workout targeted to hit every muscle group and get you energized for the day. We have combined cardio and strength training exercises in a circuit workout, all using your own bodyweight, so that you can stretch, sweat, and tone up.
Class will include:
- A quick warm-up
- 8-10 bodyweight cardio/strength exercises; 3 rounds
- A yoga stretch

A 75-minute class focuses on healing and balancing the energy centers of our body through intention, breathwork, movement, oils, crystals and meditation. We will target a different chakra each week moving from our root to our crown and back again. This class will help you to tune into and understand your energetic body on a whole other level.
