A slowed down feel good class for the mind and body. Build strength, flexibility, and mobility all while learning to be gentle with your body. This is great for those new to yoga or those working with injury and limited mobility.
Mind and body racing today? This class is the perfect chance to catch your breath. We will move and breathe with a more grounded presence in the moment, guiding us to a state of inner peace and stillness. In this slower paced class, we'll focus on combining the poses with the breath. We'll hang out a little longer in each posture, aligning our bodies, our breath, and our minds. When we are finished we'll stand straighter, breathe deeper, and find our way back to home base. <3
A soothing and nourishing restorative class where you can melt into various positions that allow you to really tune in and tune out. Taking place mostly on the floor, we use props to support the body into ease, comfort, and then stillness allowing gravity and the breath to take over. This class is a chill pill for your mind and body.
A class geared to unwind, stretch, and give love to the tired, over-used and abused parts of our bodies. Through active and passive stretching we will help our bodies to open up allowing us to stay active and supple. Just like everything else in life, our bodies need balance. This is the way to do it- a perfect class to release and recover.
A fun, free flowing class that will allow you to move out of your head into your body, linking your breath with your movement to build strength, balance, flexibility and focus.
This class builds upon the techniques learned in our Strength+ Flexibility class. You move through a dynamic flow linking breath with movement while playfully challenging yourself both physically and mentally.
If your goal is to get toned while getting in a good stretch- this is your class. Using your own body weight, this class is designed to strengthen muscles as well as increase your overall flexibility and posture.
This class focuses on healing and balancing the energy centers of our body through intention, breathwork, movement, oils, crystals and meditation. We will target a different chakra each week moving from our root to our crown and back again. This class will help you to tune into and understand your energetic body on a whole other level.
It's always happy hour at LALA LAND, but especially 6:30 on Fridays! Enjoy a complimentary drink with us to start your weekend off right before class. Then get your mind, body, and 'spirits' buzzing with a feel good gentle flow. This class is the perfect way to wind down and chill out after a long week when you need a little something extra.

In a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere you can learn the basics to beginning a yoga practice or brush up if you already have one.

Most of the exercises are done while sitting, leaning, or holding onto a chair. This is a great way to practice yoga for those who have limited mobility or for those looking to incorporate yoga into their day to day lifestyle. This class encourages deeper breathing and better circulation and will awaken areas of the body that have been inactive, soothe aching joints, and strengthen muscles, all with the goal of keeping your mind, body, and spirit young at heart.
